A Message from Mental Health Online’s Director Neil Thomas

Mental Health Online is always here to help with your mental health, but during these difficult times, taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is especially important. It is very normal to be experiencing feelings of anxiety and distress due to the uncertainty of the current circumstances.

By undertaking any of our programs you will be developing a range of anxiety and mood management strategies and skills. These skills and strategies are directly relevant and applicable to the current circumstances and helpful in managing any negative impacts this situation may have on your mental wellbeing.

Mental Health Online will continue to operate and support users during this time.

Stay safe!
