This course is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has been developed by psychologists and researchers from the National eTherapy Centre.

What to Expect?

The Made-4-Me Program has 11 modules that you can do in your own time and have access to for 12 months. Overall, the program will help you understand the symptoms you may have been experiencing across a range of mental health concerns. It will teach you strategies to improve your wellbeing and mental health.

The content aims to provide useful information and to introduce skills that can help you to manage symptoms and alleviate distress. You can do Made-4-Me at your own pace, and engage with the materials you find most helpful.
